Listen as Mark speaks casually about his experience and knowledge of the condominiums known as Hawthorne Lofts. Originally built from the Nathaniel Hawthorne school in the 19147 zip code, these lofts offer a lot of amenities for the money. 
Location is strong and most units have parking and I honestly believe there is a sense of community at 712 S. 12th St. due to the configuration of the common elements- from the roof deck to the pool room to the gym. Nicely done!
