Mark discusses what condominium builders and developers in Center City Philadelphia need to do to set their product apart.
The Center City Condo buyer's wants and needs differ from those of a buyer in the suburbs. For example, large tubs and large kitchens are usually an inappropriate fit for condos in Philadelphia. Builders and developers should really tailor to the needs of the center city buyer by being more modern, hip, urban, and original...while not lacking in functionality.
To capture the attention of the Philly condo buyer, developers could perhaps invest in groovy designs (even hire an interior designer) to really build to their taste, capture their attention, and give them what they want!
