Located just south of 23rd and Market Streets is 23 S. 23rd St. condos- a previous garage that was cored out and developed into condos. The most interesting thing about 23 S. 23rd is the fact that the developer did a smashing job on the courtyard/interior facing condos- a quiet reserve of condominiums that come to life every spring with some really nice landscaping and many of the condos have nice balconies that overlook the space. 
Most of the units are flats- though most of the penthouse condos are bi-level. Indoor parking exists for most condos, and there is a 24-hour doorman. 83 total condos ranging in size from 783 sq ft to the large penthouses- the largest condo is 4477 sq ft.
